Viral Play · Pop & Pour
Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 8, 2026
1. Information We Collect
Pop & Pour ("the Game") does not require an account and does not itself collect, store, or transmit any personal information. All game data (progress, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device.
2. Data Stored Locally
The following data is saved on your device only:
- Level progress (campaign level, endless mode, session state)
- Settings (sound, music, vibration, palette selection)
- Shop data (owned bottle styles, backgrounds, palettes, equipped items, coin balance)
- Quest, daily soda-crate, and achievement progress
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game displays ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect the following data from your device: approximate (coarse) location, product interaction (e.g. ad views and taps), device or other identifiers, and advertising data. Device identifiers and advertising data may be used for tracking and ads personalization. This collection is performed by Google, not by us, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy and Google's policy on data collected by its partners. Where required (e.g. EEA/UK), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can choose non-personalized ads instead. You can reset or delete your advertising ID at any time in your device settings.
4. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of personal data, and the right to data portability. Because we do not hold any personal data ourselves, these rights are best exercised through your device settings (advertising ID controls) and Google's tools at myadcenter.google.com. For anything else, contact us at support@viralplay.app.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. California residents may exercise rights regarding data collected by advertising partners through device-level opt-outs ("Allow Apps to Request to Track" on iOS, "Delete advertising ID" on Android) and via Google's privacy controls linked above.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
The Game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond the ad serving described above. Ad requests are configured in line with applicable children's privacy rules where required. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will address it promptly.
7. Data Deletion
You can delete all locally stored game data at any time by clearing the app's storage/data in your device settings (or your browser's local storage on the web).
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; material changes will be posted on this page.
